Born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama, Henry carries the grit of the South, the discipline of a U.S. Navy veteran, and the insight of someone who has spent over 13 years in federal service — working for both the Social Security Administration and the Internal Revenue Service. Blue Collar Beginnings, White Collar Wisdom
Before his federal career, Henry worked as a Payroll Clerk at American Cast Iron Pipe Company, a pipe manufacturing powerhouse that built America’s underground arteries. It was during that time he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Faulkner University — balancing full-time work and night classes with grit, faith, and long-term vision.

It was in the quiet corners of change jars and coin rolls that Henry discovered a deeper truth — one the world had forgotten: the copper penny still holds value.
